Return and Cancellation Policy
Not Happy with Your Order?
We’d love to know how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it’s unused, or send us a photo showing the product is defective. We will review the photo, and in most cases, we can resolve your issue without a refund. We ensure that your money will be refunded to your account within five business days after we receive your order, or we will confirm the photo through our customer service.
Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.
Returning by Post
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/colour or request a refund, if it was delivered to a nearby collection point.
1. CONTACT info@scottmelbourne.au
First, contact us via email to get the return address. Since we have different distribution centres, we need to determine which centre your package originated from based on the reason for the return.
2. PROVIDE THE INVOICE.
Pack the product as securely as possible in its original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping. Therefore, always ask for a tracking number from DHL when returning the package. Once you’ve sent the package, contact us at info@scott melbourne.au if you wish to get a refund or a different size/colour.
Note: Our headquarters is located in China. Please be aware that you need to send your package to our supplier (located in Asia) when returning the product.
3. SHIPPING
Go to the nearest collection point (post office or parcel shop) and send your package back.
When the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/colour will be adjusted as soon as possible, or a refund will be arranged.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@scottmelbourne.au. If you cancel your purchase within 15 minutes, we can refund your money unconditionally. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us as soon as they arrive.
Shipping Costs
It is the customer's responsibility to cover any shipping costs for returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted.
The time it takes to get your exchanged product to you largely depends on your location.
We always recommend using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance!
